Twitter Shut down Bitcoin Account

Twitter shut down @Bitcoin account from its social media network. But the account then only moves from one user to another user.

Initially the account was controlled by an anonymous user, then taken over by a user claiming to be Turkish, then by a person claiming to be Russian, and finally being returned to the original owner.

"We can not comment on individual accounts so there is no (information) that can be shared," said a Twitter spokesman in a statement.
Then the initial owner of @Bitcoin account commented this out in a snappy way, and called the statement a mere nonsense. He also demanded further explanation from Twitter.

"I want to know why my account was given to someone else, and when returned I lost 750 thousand followers," he said, as quoted from The Verge.
For your information, @Bitcoin accounts has more than 821,000 followers when you first turn it off. Then the followers disappeared, but it seems Twitter is slowly returning the @Bitcoin followers.
The reason Twitter turned off the account is still mysterious. But many suspect that it happened because @Bitcoin supports Bitcoin Cash, which was founded by a group of developers and miners who broke away from bitcoin and created a new cryptocurrency using blockchain bitcoin.

And the relationship between Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin - or Bitcoin Core - is certainly not good. As a result Bitcoin Cash supporters accused the enemy was behind the closure @Bitcoin account, ie by doing a fake report to Twitter against the account.

Then there is also another conspiracy theory that calls Twitter was deliberately closing the account because Jack Dorsey is one of the investors at Lightning Labs, a startup that builds technology for Bitcoin Core. At the startup, Dorsey inject funds of USD 2.5 million.
