I think about this exact scenario all the time and although it is a waste of time to ponder "what would have happened if I had invested in bitcoin?" there is a lesson to be learned which is that sometimes calculated risk can pay off, and that if you have faith in something, you should stick with it despite what things look like in the short term. I was only 11 years old in 2010 when bitcoin was $0.06 although I believe that steem is our bitcoin investment. We're the early adopters.
