Bisara is a delicious Moroccan delicacy and appetizing is a hot bean drink. This meal is healthy and not rich in harmful fats. Just follow these steps:


 

  •   INGREDIENTS 


  1. ½ kilo beans
  2. 1 bunch of cactus and metalus
    1 large onion
  3. 7 cloves of garlic
  4. 1 large tomatoes
  5. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  6. 1 teaspoon salt
  7. 1 teaspoon red pepper
  8. 1 liter of water 

 

  • HOW TO PREPARE 

 

  1. Wash the beans and place in water for 1 hour
  2. Place the beans in the cooking pot over medium heat
  3. Place all other ingredients in the cooking bowl
  4. Pour water to cover the beans with water
  5. After half an hour or after the beans are cooked, leave them cool
  6. Then grind the beans in an electric mixer or hand grinder
  7. Return the mixture to the cooking bowl and leave on low heat for 10 minutes
  8. When presented they can be placed in Zlave (Bowl)
  9. Then put the cumin, olive oil and red pepper over it for decoration.
