This is a beautiful thing! With my second child, 17 years ago, I had never heard of this but somehow knew to do it. 1 ½ hours of hard labor. With my third, I had two in the house (we did it unassisted) and felt like I couldn’t make noise and had a much longer birth. I’m now a doula and always encourage this. Thanks for posting.
