ACEH DAN PLIEK U (ACEH AND PLIEK U) Two language

Pliek u atau patarana dalam bahasa indonesia adalah satu bahan baku makanan khas masyarakat Aceh.

Pliek u or patarana in Indonesian is a typical food ingredient of the people of Aceh.

Pliek u ( patarana), bisa di bilang salah satu dari hasil kekratifan masyarakat aceh jaman dahulu dalam mengolah sumber bahan makanan.
Berikut adalah gambar proses pembuatannya:

Kelapa mulai dibusukkan dengan cara di jemur hingga beberapa hari agar zat minyak yang terkandung didalamnya keluar.

Ini adalah proses pengeluaran minyak dari patarana (pliek u) dengan cara dipres menggunakan alat tradisional.
Dan setelah itu patarana di jemur kembali agar minyak yang terkandung menggurang. Ini adalah proses terakhir dari pengolahan patarana (pliek u).

This is the process of removing oil from patarana (pliek u) by way of pressing using traditional tools.
And after that patarana in the drying back so that contained oil is reduced. This is the last process of processing patarana (pliek u).

Setelah melewati berbagai proses, jadilah dia patarana (pliek u) sebagai bentuk bahan makanan, sekaligus sebagai salah satu bumbu dapur.

Patarana yang di manfaatkan sebagai bumbu dapur secara umumnya di buat masakan yang di beri nama gulee pliek.
Dan sampai sekarang gulee pliek ini telah menjadi masakan khas daerah aceh.
Berikut adalah contoh kulinernya:
