✔️The Bohemian waxwing (Bombycilla garrulus)

These birds with an attractive and memorable appearance appear in city courtyards and parks with the first snow. They fly in large flocks from taiga forests in search of food. In winter, they feed on rowan berries, viburnum, wild apples and small-fruited apples. It's funny that birds are not picky about food, and even eat fermented fruits, from which they then get drunk, fall on the snow and can freeze or become a victim of a predator.
Although they do not have a beautiful voice, they have a memorable one and consists of only one sound.
Sexual dimorphism is weak. Take a closer look at the photos. Pay attention to the tips of the wing and tail. A faded and muted color in females, and bright and saturated in males. As you might have guessed, the top photo is a female, on the bottom one.
