✔️The long-tailed rosefinch (Carpodacus sibiricus) (outdated name - Uragus Sibiricus)
Because of his external similarity with bullfinches and common rosefinch, this beautiful little bird with a long tail is often called a long-tailed rosefinch or a long-tailed bullfinch. But in Siberia, this bird is called "Uragus".
Depending on the age of the male, his plumage acquires a bright rich pink color. And females and young birds are painted modestly, in brown and gray colors.
Judging by its beak, like that of a bullfinch only light, it feeds in the same way, that is, small seeds of plants. However, the nestlings are fed by insects.
This bird is an eternal nomad, however, the distribution area is exclusively eastern, that is, Siberia and the Far East.
