✔️The bluethroat (Luscinia svecica)

Every year during the May holidays, I go to visit my relatives. Outside the city, on the outskirts, a huge steppe territory begins, wet meadows are located there. Many interesting birds can be found in these places. One of them is this nightingale. This is strange, because at the beginning of May in Siberia it is still quite cool and there are very few insects, but there are many insectivorous birds.
As you can see, there is snow in the photo, this bluethroat fluffed up to keep warm. Despite the open spaces and the warming sun, the snow has not melted yet.
This dude wandered in the snow and sang a song desperately. But according to my observations, the females were not there yet, obviously he was defending his territory.
