The common sandpiper (Actitis hypoleucos)

On the same meadow (see past post) I met this funny sandpiper.

He wandered around a small brook and ate insects that live in water.
The size of this sandpiper is approximately from a starling or thrush. Strange, but he was completely silent. Usually he sees a people shouting very loudly and unpleasantly.
Runs very fast! Very! And it looks very funny, as he quickly moving out with his long legs.
