Snowy Egret. The Snowy Egret is a small white heron with distinctive yellow feet. This one is likely wintering here but there is some year round population here also. They eat fish, frogs, and small crustaceans.

          Look at those big feet! I have a few photos of these guys, but I don't think their feet are ever visible.
