Muscovy Duck - cairina moschata
This is a large duck native to Mexico, Central and South America. In Central America, the domesticated ones are known as pato casero or backyard ducks and they tend to have more white than the wild ones.
This photo was taken at Selva Negra, a coffee farm and eco resort, in the mountains of Nicaragua.
