Parakeets, do not have the capacity to shout and shriek like most different hookbills. Their delicate babble and peeps are not really enough to aggravate even the most touchy ears.
Parrotlets resemble their bigger cousins however they do not have the lung energy to let out a full boisterous shout you may get notification from an Amazon or a cockatoo.
