That's so very true Magnesium, though not given much of importance but is so vital for the body. I have been taking some supplements lately of Magnesium and I can feel so much of a difference. Pressure cooked wholegrain cereals are good for Magnesium over and above other foods like bananas, fish, Poultry.
It is vital for the body and we often forget about it. Good that you know your stuff! 💚
