On meme propagation and the limbic system

On the "lockdowns", there were people who panicked about the swine flu too in 2009, and wanted to shut down things. A non-issue, relatively speaking, but corrupt societies like to find non-issues (relatively speaking) to be alarmed about, otherwise the alarm systems in the limbic system of a population will spread memes about the corruption. This is a fact, like M.D. Leigh said in his seminal 2010 work, memes that are loudest in ordering genes to replicate them have a survival advantage.
