My idea of a central plasmoid within centrioles, core of gravitational field around the centriole
You can see here what I think could be a plasmoid, the core of the gravitational field around the centriole (used for cilia protruding from cell wall, mitosis, and more). It would in some ways produce self-sustained rotation of the centriole, motor proteins would do base rotation.
I can't change the direction of the wind, but I can adjust my sails to always reach my destination.
