Totally agree with your comments esp eating at night and its impact on weight and sleep. I have personally experienced this.. days I eat late night, even if no calorie food, I can't sleep well and weight does not decrease. Also eating certain food like curd, white rice few hours before sleep can impact sleep pattern. I read somewhere it's ideal to not eat anything at least 4 hours before bedtime. Good post @krnel!
