This looks like bio-warfare to me. If it clusters in the area where these folks live, its most-likely a medical experiment most likely induced by vaccinations. So-called "genetic diseases" are often created with vaccines. Vaccines alter our DNA. The doctors then say "this is genetic". But it is only bc our "genetics" were altered by the experiemental vaccines, not through some ancestral/lineage connection. I'm sending prayers to these people. I wonder if extensive fungus cleansing could help? HPV is known to be caused and spread by vaccination.
