Ideas of nature?

The Covid pandemic invites us to reflect on the relationship between societies and nature in the light of the ecological emergency. How is the idea of nature expressed in different societies and over time? And how do these ideas determine the way societies coexist?

From the different names of nature: natur, tabia, zi-ran... but also: biodiversity, genetic resources, Gaia... we will address the cultural, scientific and economic issues around the idea of nature.
