Mango marmalade
This recipe is super easy, you do not need so many ingredients and it is a preparation that its result is very delicious and you can accompany it with cookies, bread or whatever else you like.
Ingredients:
4 green mangoes almost ripe, chopped into small squares.
250 grs of white or brown sugar, the one you have on hand.
If you have vanilla essence, it will serve you and if you can not use nutmeg or a sweet clove.
Preparation:
In a pot, with a little water put heat the chopped mango, once it starts to heat add the sugar and stir slowly until it boils, leave it to the fire for 10 or 15 minutes and add the essence or the sweet clove .
Let cool to eat to your liking.
