INGREDIENTS

Short grain rice
Water cups
Ssal
Crushed Ginger Pieces
Raisins
Coconut cream
Butter (chopped into pieces)
Black sugar

STEPS

First put the rice in water, cover it to soak for an hour in a medium cauldron, throw 3 cups of water, 2 teaspoons of salt and ginger. Cook over high heat, when boil you put it on medium heat.

The rice that you had soaking you drain it well and put it in the cauldron, move it and put it on fire under the rice and at low heat let it cook for 1/2 hour, move the rice and add the raisins and the coconut cream .

Move and cook uncovered over low heat for 1/2 hour until dry, move the rice and remove the ginger and you throw half of the butter.

In a bowl you throw the rice and with a cooking spoon you tighten it so that it is united, you put on the rice the rest of the butter and you sprinkle the black sugar. Let it stand and serve at room temperature.
