Why is IOTA wallet on Binance always disabled for Withdraw?steemCreated with Sketch.

Has anyone noticed that IOTA wallet on Binance never allows withdraw? It always says network congestion issues is the cause. I can deposit and exchange but not withdraw since I've first purchased a few weeks back.

Anyone know what is going on there?

    I have noticed since i got IOTA it has been disabled, i figured it would be up by now though. Takes me back to when steem was disabled on POLO.
