Binance Closing To US Traders In 90 Days

in #binance5 years ago

Just a little heads up in case you don't see it elsewhere: Binance is closing to US traders in 90 days. "Binance America" is supposed to be coming soon, but that will not include a bunch of altcoins that don't meet US regulatory standards, that regular Binance currently lists.

This tweet has a list of coins traded on Binance; the white ones are the altcoins that will no longer be available on the new Binance America: https://twitter.com/DvanE20772602/status/1139591996014772226

So if you're hodling on the exchange (safety tip: don't hodl on exchanges, but hey, it happens), you might wanna get your coins out now! Apparently Binance's coin is already dropping in price because the US accounts for 20% of exchanges on the site.

I don't plan on using exchanges anyways. I did once 3 years ago when I first bought my Bitcoins. I deleted my Coinbase account over a year ago so I should be good.

Do you direct trade with other people?

Never good to lose options... but kyc is painfully stupid
