Binance Now Allows Buying Crypto With Credit Cards

My favorite centralized crypto exchange Binance took an important step this past week in partnering with an Israel-based company called Simplex to allow purchases of crypto with credit cards on their platform.

Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Ripple can all be bought directly with credit cards on the platform.

“Building fiat gateways is what we need now to grow the ecosystem, increase adoption and introduce crypto to more users,” Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao declared.

Benefits of using a debit or credit card on Binance:

Fast: Average 10-30 mins for cryptocurrency to reach your wallet
Low Fees: only 3.5% per transaction or 10 USD, whichever is higher
Convenient: Visa and MasterCard accepted

Note: Simplex payment processing is subject to local bank policies.

Debt for crypto, this could be Dangerous for the dummies out there.

I agree people are foolish to go into debt to buy crypto. But I also don't think government needs to play nanny and "ban" the practice. The choice should be left up to consumers and the market. For some countries, its the only good option as an onramp.

And another domino falls 😁👍👍

Binance will release their DEX soon and that will be a big domino... fingers crossed

Well this might just be my next adventure. QuadrigaCX just shut down and took everyone's wallet contents(including mine).

And I came so close to signing up with QuadrigaCX myself not too long ago. Darn.

Awesome! Very important step forward!

I hope this bodes well the opportunity for more accessibility before Credit dries up in the quest for liquidity of the failing banks.
