Thanks for the advice, already on Coinbase and I'm sure you know the restrictions for canadians, so I'll check out silvergoldbull.ca.
There's quadriga and coinsquare for canadians to cash out but the info i find is pretty iffy on both of those exchanges.

My plan was to buy some small 1 gram or 1/10 oz Maple Leafs whenever Gold falls but so far it hasn't fallen that much and Bitcoin keeps going up - I will need to test with a very small order - maybe some Silver
