Binance Hacked. BUY THE DIP!!!

Ok so it seems that someone, somehow, got control of many Binance users' accounts. Then he sold all their alts for BTC and then flipped that BTC (to his own account(s)) for VIA at insane prices.

It seems to have been related to API keys but it's not clear at this point.

First go see if your Binance account is okay - and delete any API keys. If your funds were taken, try to take screenshots of the orders.

Then, if you have the fiat, BUY THE DIP (on a different exchange of course). This is ultimately meaningless in terms of the crypto market. Centralized exchange hacks have been happening and will continue to happen, until we hopefully switch to DEXs.

So get a hold of your emotions and buy buy BUY! Everything's on discount.

Edit: Sorry for anyone's losses, hopefully Binance makes it right.

    haha the ceo of binance sent out a tweet where he repeatedly says "all funds are safe".

    yeah, they are totally safe. all of them. except of course the ones that were stolen, but besides those, yeah - all funds are TOTALLY safe.
