Why Binance Coin is the Most Reliable Long Term Hold

in #binance6 years ago

Binance Coin (BNB) is the native currency of the Binance exchange. It's main use is to halve your fees from 0.1% to 0.05% on Binance. However, below I'll explain why it's one of the best long term holds in my opinion.

Scarcity (burning tokens = less supply)

No new tokens are being created, in fact they're being burnt every quater until only half of the original amount of tokens remain. This should itself drive up value as the demand of BNB stays the same as supply decreases

Binance Growing (growing community = more demand)

If you clicked my link up there to sign up to Binance, welcome! You are now a new user of Binance. Would you like to halve your fees? If you do, then you should purchase some BNB and hold it until it runs out, then buy some more! This means as there are more and more users, the demand of BNB will increase. Furthermore, there are more and more people realising the potential of BNB and many users (like myself) are now just holding BNB for a long term investment. This in effect increases demand and lowers the supply, thus naturally driving up the value.

History (less supply + more demand = increase in value)

Binance Coin began as an ICO and first started trading at around 10 cents each in late July. Since then, the price has peaked over 10 dollars just a few hours ago, as it resets to around 9 dollars. Around $8.50-$9 dollars is a good time to get in, if you're feeling greedy you might put some buy orders around $7-$8 but I don't see it getting that low.
