Fake binance account, try to profit using the binance exchange name

Someone created a fake account using the binance name, trying to mislead people and push them to use his (resteem) service.
as a tactic it seems that they use that to follow in high number of accounts and try to increase the number of followers.

here is what is written on the description of the account "Send .5 SBD or .5 STEEM for a RESTEEM to 10000+ followers!"

The account was created February 14, 2018.
