A new statement by the Bucharest Mayor General, Sorin Oprescu, provokes at least a wave of perplexity among the bicycle community. The Edil told Mediafax that he is planning to build a north-south axis of the Runway Capital, an uninterrupted bicycle track from one end of the city to the other.
