Good day beautiful people. Hope you all are doing great. Today, i'll be talking about the topic; Self Esteem and Integrity and I hope you all can connect.

The world is where we are today because of lack of self esteem and integrity in the political way, economic way and otherwise. A whole lot of people have lost bearing due to lack of self esteem at the places they found themselves and without self esteem and integrity, no one can go anywhere and that's the fact.

Its true that everyone has aspirations but these days, religion and culture has been used as a foothold to mediocrity.

There are 5 different points I'll like you to know and note about this topic and that will help you sincerely especially in an organization and in team building.

Selection and Maintenance of the Aim

People select other people to be their arrow and reference point, that's why we have something we call "role model". In selecting your own, you need to be sure they are people of emulation. There's a saying that " Show me your friend, and I'll tell you who you are". Be careful with your choice.

Speed and Momentum

Anyone can have a breakdown of aim due to bad friendship, community and all. What legacy have you created for your life? Build your way of life and let people know you for who you are. Make impact everywhere you go.

Flexibility

To have style, integrity and to make impact, you have to be flexible and have a sense of change. It doesn't mean you have lost your integrity, it simply means you're being flexible with choices.

Concentration

Concentrate on the right things. Priority is very important. When the head has a problem, the whole body will be affected. Do what you're meant to do at the right time and quickly. Procrastination is a killer.

Qualities of Character

Corruption starts from the home where you choose the big meat over your siblings or anyone around. Wherever you are, grasp all the good things you can learn to be a future leader. Don't get carried away by unnecessary fantasies.

Conclusively, Be who you are and be contended, remember the child of whom you are and lastly, to whom much is given, much is expected. Build a positive character, have a great self esteem and integrity.
