I'm so excited, last week we came to Asia, Manila, the capital of Philippines, we really had so much fun, so we decided to still have more fun in Asia, but this time we are in Indonesia, so sit back and relax, we will bring you all the fun.

@yandot: I'm Zulfyanda, from Indonesia
@daniel-otaniel: quite simplistic
@yandot: yeah I'm just a simple guy
@daniel-otaniel: so where precisely are you from?
@yandot: Aceh
@daniel-otaniel: tell us about the place.
@yandot: Aceh is a place full of natural wealth, beaches, diving sites and mountain wilderness, many beautiful places to explore, perfect for traveling. Bali is included in Indonesia but far from Aceh, the town of Aceh a recognized transit point as well as a hub for education, commerce, and government. Our people are known for their hospitality

@yandot: yes it is
@daniel-otaniel: ok, quick lets take a look at the history of Aceh, don't go nowhere

Historic Background

Established in the year 1956, Aceh is located at the northern end of Sumatra. Its capital is Banda Aceh. It is close to the Andaman and Nicobar Islands of India and separated from them by the Andaman Sea. Its population has the highest percentage of Muslims in Indonesia, who mostly live according to Sharia customs and laws.

There are 10 indigenous ethnic groups in this region, the largest being the Acehnese people, accounting for approximately 80% to 90% of the region's population. Aceh is thought to have been the place where the spread of Islam in Indonesia began, and was a key factor of the spread of Islam in Southeast Asia. Aceh has substantial natural resources of oil and natural gas with some estimates that Aceh gas reserves are one of the largest in the world. Relative to most of Indonesia, it is a religiously conservative area.

@yandot: steemit is a great platform, I joined to share my work with a larger audience, and it makes me feel comfortable. I share my research works and sometimes I try new platforms like steemhunt, steempress and others
@daniel-otaniel: wow seems to me you are quite resourceful, guess that's what @good-karma saw in you
@yandot: I'm not so sure about that, for the records I've not met @good-karma before, I just provided a service he needed and that was it
@daniel-otaniel: wow that's truly amazing, steemit has brought so many lives together
@yandot: you can say that again
@daniel-otaniel: so where do you go to have fun
@yandot: I'm just not a out of the house person, except if there's something important or I'm having a meeting or coffee with my friends. But then if you are someone who likes the beach, we have too many of them, Lampuuk Beach, Tailana Island and many more

@yandot: let seat you to something special, sauce pliek, sauce fat and apam. It is the food of Aceh's tradition

@yandot: I'm not the type that comes out quite often, like I said before, so If I want to have it then I will just cook it or buy at the nearest shop, but not very often.
@daniel-otaniel: What are the customs or traditional festivals they practice there?
@yandot: Aceh is famous for a variety of dances, saman dance, dance sedati and others. Aceh also has a meugang tradition when welcoming Ramadhan

@daniel-otaniel: wonderful dance steps, what type of music do you listen to
@yandot: my music taste might seem odd to you, I like songs that are not clear , like metallica and I love jazz too.
@danuel-otaniel: for those that might not know what Jazz music is, let's show you one, and if you know, then enjoy this track

@daniel-otaniel: it's still your show #aroundtheworld, and @yandot is still with us, so yandot, what advice would you give to someone who wants to move permanently to Aceh
@yandot: If someone wants to move here, I have many suggestions I have to give but I will give some suggestions, among others, They will enjoy the beautiful scenery here, enjoy the traditional, the food, mixed material, but here it is very difficult to find a job, so you must come here with a plan, not with the notion to come and get jobs, its quite difficult.

@yandot: yeah, it's better safe than sorry
@daniel-otaniel: final question, what was your best childhood dream?
@yandot: Play marbles with my friends, have a life where I can just play games and interfere with women LOL
@daniel-otaniel: the lady's man
@yandot: lol.... If you say so
