Scientific Fraud in Pfizer’s Vaccine Trial

- During the clinical trial, participants in the experimental group received a vaccine manufactured using PCR to amplify the mRNA ("Process 1"), but a protocol amendment in October 2020 resulted in a switch to using E. coli bacteria to propagate the mRNA for mass production ("Process 2").
- While scientists await patient-level data from the clinical trials, from the documents attained so far, it appears that the Process 2 vaccine was tested in only 250 trial participants. According to Guetzkow, they had a much higher rate of adverse events.
- The vaccines rolled out to the world under emergency use authorization were manufactured using Process 2.
- The Process 2 method of manufacture results in the vaccines being contaminated with DNA encoding the spike protein of SARS-CoV-2 along with an "SV40 promoter", which is a genetic piece of simian virus 40 (SV40), a monkey virus that infamously contaminated polio vaccines in the late 1950s and early 1960s and has been shown to cause cancer in animal studies.
- Previous lab research had shown that vaccine mRNA can be reverse transcribed into DNA, suggesting the potential for the genetic material entering the cell nucleus and being integrated into the host genome.
- The presence of DNA contamination in the vaccine means that this process of reverse transcription isn't even necessary for genomic integration to potentially occur.
- According to Kevin McKernan, an expert in genomic research who first discovered the DNA contamination in Pfizer's vaccine, the presence of the SV40 promoter increases the risk of such genomic integration causing cancer.
