Here is today's topic and its Bible references:
REPENTANCE
Repentance is an act of heartfelt change of mind and heart which is simply accepting wrongdoings and taking steps to correct the wrong. It is actually the forsaking of sin and running to God for forgiveness without looking back.
To show you have repented you must be totally broken and be ready to accept whatever your actions may require in other to actually cleanse you completely depending on the gravity of the sin committed.
Few scriptures which directed mention sin and its Penalty are:
Ezekiel14:6 which says; Therefore say unto the house of Israel,
thus said the Lord GOD; Repent, and turn yourselves from your idols; and turn away your faces from all your abominations.
Jeremiah 3:13 which says; Only acknowledge thine iniquity,
that thou hast transgressed against the LORD thy God, a d hast scattered under every green tree, and ye have not obeyed my voice, said the LORD.
Job 11:13-15 which says; If thou prepare thine heart, and stretch out thine hands towards him; If iniquity be in thine hand,
put it far away, and let not wickedness dwell in thy tabernacles. For then shalt thou lift up thy face without spot; Yea, thou shall be steadfast, and shalt not fear:
