2 That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose.

The earth is full of evil, as well as humanity. And so God wanted to destroy them.

God, however, looked to Noah and gave him a mission: to build an ark with the measures given by God. In it, he had to store various types of food and various types of animals. He followed all the directions that were commanded.
