What comes to mind when you read these scriptures?
Read this scriptures in what ever version of the bible you are comfortable with.
This scriptures are there to make you feel safe and to keep you safe, especifically from spiritual attacks. Knowing that the creator of heaven and earth got your back.
Num 23:23
Surely [there is] no enchantment against Jacob, neither [is there] any divination against Israel: according to this time it shall be said of Jacob and of Israel, What hath God wrought!

Luke 10: 19
I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you.
Isa 54:17
No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue [that] shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This [is] the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness [is] of me, saith the LORD.
Heb 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

What gives you such confidence? If it is not God's promises that you hear,
like numbers 23:23
like Luke 10:19
like Isaiah 54:17
knowing that God is not man that He could lie.
If he says you are protected, you can rest assured that you are protected.
If God says no weapon forge against you shall prosper then your confidence or faith just grows. Its this type of confidence that was driving Moses to go back to Egypt to confront pharaoh.

In this article, I hope to activate the shield of faith or strengthen the shield of faith of anyone that might read this.
So let's get to it.
According to Romans 10:17
Faith comes by hearing the Word of God. That is why almost every scripture is relevant to us today. We use the promises of God to build our faith.
Mark 13:37 What I say to you, I say to everyone: ‘Watch!’”
So what God said to Moses He says it to you to.
So what Balaam said about the ancient people of God, Is still a perfect discription of the modern people of God today.
Eph 6:16 encourages us to take up the shield of faith.
How is that done.
By confessing with our lips the promises of God like in
numbers 23:23
luke 10:19
Is 54:17
By prolonged repeatation we let this scriptures sink deep into our subconscious minds where our reality is developed.
For the scriptures say
Proverbs 4:23 Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it [are] the issues of life.
Jesus says: it will be on to you according to your faith.
Our reality, our everyday experiences are cooked from our subconscious minds and the collective consciousness of our society.
So if you are always under attack you created that reality for yourself by your thinking patterns.
And you can turn things around by changing your thinking patterns by repeating scriptures like these.
I am in no form of attack because I fill my mind with scriptures like the ones above. Even if I get attacked i know i will win because i fill my subconscious mind with great scriptures.
This is a very progressive way of approaching the Holy scriptures to find practical wisdom for everyday life.
With increased understanding of the subconscious mind, many of the mystical teachings of the scriptures are now so clear. Their truth can not be denied and their power is consciously harnessed for the good of all and God is glorified.
What comes to mind is that you're misinterpreting every one of them.
I have no idea why you quoted Numbers 23:23. It's part of Balaam's message from God.
Luke 10:19 is from when Jesus sent out his 72 disciples and gave them miraculous powers to heal. It has nothing to do with us today. These verses are part of it.
(Luke 10:1 NIV) After this the Lord appointed seventy-two others and sent them two by two ahead of him to every town and place where he was about to go.
(Luke 10:9 NIV) Heal the sick who are there and tell them, 'The kingdom of God is near you.'
(Luke 10:17-20 NIV) The seventy-two returned with joy and said, "Lord, even the demons submit to us in your name." {18} He replied, "I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. {19} I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you. {20} However, do not rejoice that the spirits submit to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven."
Isaiah 54:17 is part of a long passage where God is talking about rebuilding Jerusalem in the far future. It has nothing to do with Christians today.
(Isaiah 54:11-17 NIV) "O afflicted city, lashed by storms and not comforted, I will build you with stones of turquoise, your foundations with sapphires. {12} I will make your battlements of rubies, your gates of sparkling jewels, and all your walls of precious stones. {13} All your sons will be taught by the LORD, and great will be your children's peace. {14} In righteousness you will be established: Tyranny will be far from you; you will have nothing to fear. Terror will be far removed; it will not come near you. {15} If anyone does attack you, it will not be my doing; whoever attacks you will surrender to you. {16} "See, it is I who created the blacksmith who fans the coals into flame and forges a weapon fit for its work. And it is I who have created the destroyer to work havoc; {17} no weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and this is their vindication from me," declares the LORD.
