What does it mean in the bible: "Everything has its own time" in Ecclesiastes 3:1-8?

The ecclesiastes is considered a book of wisdom, in the book the author, King Solomon leaves us on record of numerous teachings on life. There is a teaching in this book that emphasizes the importance of patience and meekness:
"There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under the heavens:
a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to uproot,
a time to kill and a time to heal,
a time to tear down and a time to build,
a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance,
a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing,
a time to search and a time to give up,
a time to keep and a time to throw away,
a time to tear and a time to mend,
a time to be silent and a time to speak,
a time to love and a time to hate,
a time for war and a time for peace." Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
Patience and meekness are spiritual gifts related to the self-control of the mind, and we must exercise these gifts constantly because there is a time for everything. This is the message of the sage, the self-control of the mind over the joys and difficulties of life is fundamental. We have to know how to cope with equanimity both the good and the bad that life brings us.
Being patient means maintaining inner peace in difficult moments, instead meekness is related to equanimity, with an inner balance that does not seek anger or disordered joy, because "Everything has its own time", everything comes, the good and the bad explains the bible.

The wise man is wise because he owns his own mind. This ability to see the good and the bad with equanimity is what allows a characteristic of decision-making in difficult times: to be precise and exact, avoiding the error. The Universe is harmony, and it is important in certain circumstances to notice the complexity of the problems, the gifts related to the control of the mind allow us to discern problems with better clarity.
The knowledge of the balance of things that this proverbial saying teaches us, the providence of God, is what allows us to endure with meekness and patience both the good and the bad, the positive and the negative, and edify about the experiences of life.
