Altilly hack recovery update for Beyondcoin #3

Some good news on where we are with distributing the recovered funds from the Altilly exchange hack.

As of the morning of 1–11–2021, we’ve completed distribution of about 75% of the coins from the Altilly recovery fund. Leftover coins will be held for no longer than a month to account for late claimants.

After a month, 50% of the leftover coins will be burned and the other 50% will go to the reserve wallet of the Beyondcoin Project.
