I had mixed feelings after this hangout WRT post july 4th rewards design but it looks like they came to a very equitable balanced solution after the show and posted the latest proposal here: https://steemit.com/steem/@dantheman/changes-to-curation-reward-allocation

I'm happy with the results.

    I personally think we need to feed changes in small bites at a time. That way no change is seen as too big.

      True. Lest it overwhelms a new user who is still trying to understand the last announcement. But I'm happy with the latest conclusions. Thumbs up to all those who participated at the hangout.
