What do you think? Are bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies real money or just speculation and in a bubble that will burst? Is it serious or just something that is waiting to fall apart?

That was the question I was asked and invited to be on a three-person panel for a nation-wide PBS television show. I was in the studio with a well-known lawyer in the crypto space and we were joined by a very smart university professor via Skype.

This is an interesting program and you will enjoy. You'll probably laugh at times and other times think, "Hmmm... This really is interesting."

Its the only real functioning money right now.
Sure, precious metals are here too, but they suck compared to bitcoin.

Cash - you dont own it.
Money in bank - just a debt created from nothing thats not even there and you have little to no control over it.

I have to agree with you on all those points, @andrejclbik. Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies make a lot of sense. Thank you for your comments.

I am following you. I think cryptocurriences is real money. I regret not buying bitcoin 2 years ago when first heard about it.

I hear you, @hanaman. I wish I would have purchased several thousand back in 2009 when they were less than 1 cent! Oh well, now is a good time to still get in, I think.

Thank you for your comment. I appreciate you stopping by to say hello.

We'll see which coin reigns supreme in the next 10 years - or which multi-dimensional platform integrates multiple coins into one payment system. Most coins ideas available today will fail while some will merge.

Until the fiat banking system collapses worldwide most of us will still be paid in Fiat, the stock exchanges and mortgages will still use fiat but the consumer world will be driven more and more by crypto.

Yes, we'll let the market decide what happens. We need to be aware of the market and the needs. Thank you for your comments. I like what you're saying, @nonannystate (nice avatar!)

Great find, resteemed!

If ya'll want a strong investment plan visit https://bitpetite.com/?aff=kipparinga (bitpetite) Its a bittumbler that privatizes btc transactions using other currencies. You as an investor get paid dividends from fees they charge people to use their service.

You can invest your BTC, ETH, LTC and or XMR into bitpetite for either;
6 weeks - 4.5% daily and 1 % on weekends. Total return - 147% (47%, 100% being your original investment)
9 weeks - 3.6% daily 1% on weekends. Total return - 180% (80%, 100% being your original investment)

They recently updated their server to allow almost instantaneous withdrawals - you get paid hourly through dividends and can withdraw on demand. (within the minimum amount which is less than 5 dollars)

I would deem it low - medium risk as of now -

Good luck and happy investing :)

Cryptocurrency are real but the goverment want to control it Since Federal Reserve in a private organization why haven't they stopped them it has nothing to do with goverment just the rich getting richer
