This is a great article and one that clearly shows that a future without Central Banks in their current capacity is closer than most people could imagine.
Remember an earlier blog I made titled "A future without Central Banking? Be careful what you wish for because sometimes dreams can come true..!!" is worth reading again.
This is a huge milestone for Blockchain and one that will see the Technology catapulted forward in 2017.
