Smart Likes with Mooncoin

I have touched on this a little in a previous post I did about Mooncoin a couple of weeks ago, but I wanted to do a full post specifically for Smart Likes.
Smart Likes is a decentralized platform that allows you to simply "Like" something and earn from the people that "Like" after you.
Now some would say this sounds like a pyramid scheme, but wait isn't that the same thing we do here?
Not necessarily.. On Steemit we are a community that (with our upvotes) we are able to control what content gets paid, and deserves the most attention on the site.
Now yes depending on how soon you "up vote" something, and how long after it's posted you can actually earn from the pay out, but this seems a little different.
On their website http://mooncoin.com/smartlikes.html they state:
Like and earn! Smart likes aim to reshape investing.
Instead of investing, researching companies and markets,
you can just like a thing and earn, if other people like what you have liked.
Be the first to like the best things on this earth!
Monetize your likes.
So I'm not sure if this will look more like Steemit.. Or if it will just be integrated onto any website (Like the Facebook like/share button you see on almost every site). They do claim Smart Likes is a Decentralized Platform.. So I am excited to see how this looks in the future!

Thanks for the info, I really like this one, we have some brilliant people in the world. I just read the post that you recommended and it sounds like a project that can really do well. I particularly like the science behind it, distance between the Earth and the Moon and its unique use of record keeping technology. We have to see how it unfolds in the future, probably steemit inspired, who knows....
