Are Gamecredits the future of buying extra content/skins for online gaming?
Gamecredits are one of the altcoin currencies I've been looking at investing in lately.
The credits look quite promising and the developers would like the coin to allow you to not only buy extra in-game content and DLC, but also be able to make bets in-game for Gamecredits.
Gamecredits are mined and are also purchased on Poloniex.
On the Gamecredits website it promises that very soon we will be able to buy them with Bitcoin, credit/debit and Paypal as well as a couple other payment forms.
In September of 2015 the racing game 'Turbocharged' was the first game to allow you to place bets in-game on the races using Gamecredits as well as buy different cars with the currency, etc.
Here is more from the Devs on integrating Gamecredits into the game 'Turbocharged' with hopefully other games following suit soon:
"The main goal with this launch is to battle-test our in-game GMC Transaction Platform & Betting System.
Initial release will feature a time shifted multiplayer gaming mode - racing against other ghost racer cars.
Our initial launch shall support Windows game play, while subsequent releases shall integrate Mobile Platforms as well as Linux and Mac OS compatibility.”
I have heard that there are talks that in the near future Gamecredits will be meeting with Blizzard and Ubisoft about getting the Gamecredits into some of their upcoming games and if that happens.... I'm sure the coin will SOAR in value.
Currently the currency is at $ 0.105460 at the time that this post was written.

if thay manage to get invold in the gaming industry then they wil be big. Other gaming crypto like Hyper+ one I don not remember the name of have made a gaming community around it with servers in different multiplayer games. Then you can earn them in game.
