respectfully, you're still not getting it. how do you even know about that tag as a new user? and do you always enter a new server as a newbie, not knowing anything about the "culture" of the server, and start right off by tagging "EVERYONE"?

it's generally expected that people take the time to read the community rules channel for each new discord server they join. so if whalebot didn't say it to you, it's more than likely someone else would have, as that's practically a universal rule.

And while you may be one of the few people who wasn't trying to do this, nearly EVERY TIME someone does what you did, they are trying to spam the channel with some sort of scam or other questionable "scheme".

nonetheless, whalebot is also very forgiving. just ask him for a hug and he'll be happy to give you one. :)

Well as you said that.... So first of all, I'm new to discord and steemit both and there was another server where the tag was used so i used it... I had no intentions of wrongdoing.
Secondly, you should understand that I don't have the problem with getting a warning.... It's the language I'm complaining about. Why is it necessary to kick somebody's ass? There must be other ways. Right?
