Cryptomadness 2: Civic ICO could have waited
I don't understand why Civic ICO wasn't delayed.
Ethereum network is slow since the hours before Status Ico. There are still transactions just going through as I write (mine for examples!).
ICOs... ICOs everywhere

Yea I'm hoping they start designing these ICO contracts in a way that doesn't make it a race and cause network congestion. They'll figure it out.
Also if people would stop with the FOMO! seriously this is looking like a bubble and start to be tiresome.
