• stop comparing yourself to celebs and the bodies of models, be the best YOU
• be kind, and kind and all the other adjectives in a boy-scouts motto
• learn about real heroes like Snowden, Assange, Musk, Chomsky
• don't be a dick. No matter what you think freedom of speech means, it never says, be a dick.
• try to love yourself, change the parts you don't love, but love the parts you can't change.
• invest your time in art, books, or ideas that can progress mankind. 
• don't set your standards too high, you have a lot of flaws yourself.
