It depends on which type of sadness. If it happens after any quarrel, I went to see some comedy movies scenes on TV or youtube, but I could not control my sadness when I lost my mother and no comedy scene works
Ahhaa, circumstances matter, you are right. We react on different situations in different ways.
Ohh my dear, I can understand, when we lose our dear ones, it is very difficult to have a hold on our emotions.
