we are good either way, we can make the voting process faster by reducing the voting weight(so the vote value would be lower, but you will get more frequent votes)
if we are upvoting at 10% we may be able to cover all users every day or every other day, but the vote value at 10% will be somewhere between 0.01 SBD to 0.03 SBD
so we thought it might be worth for you to get a bigger vote(though at low frequency) than smaller votes at higher frequency
if many users feel that more upvotes with lower value is okay, we can update the code and implement it. Though I believe there will always be some unhappy users with either case scenarios. This can be solved only with higher SP.
