The Duties of a BET
One of the noble task of a public school teacher in the Philippines is to be an administrator of election.
The teacher, according common understanding, is the only person in the community who have a good standing to facilitate an election. and so the story goes.
May 14 is the nationwide simultaneous election of Barangay Officials and Sangguniang Kabataan Members.
