Hi there,

this is my first steempost and I want to start with the topic which is working in me since many months and I am on a path of experiences with that.

Often we keep relationships (business or private) which are not healthy for us. They suck energy from us just cause they are not willing to reflect themself AND to change themself.

I realized that I don´t want to hurt people, especially when I see that they are in their own prison of their personal life program. So I allow them to lower my energy. Protecting them doesn´t help them cause we humans just change when it hurts. The price for keeping things as they are must be higher than to change something. I am thankful that I learned to be consequent in relationships. That doesn´t mean to quit difficult relationships but to not put myself in the role of a victim. By doing that I encourage the other person to continue and not to change. The opposite is what they need.

Being clear, beeing consequent.

As soon as I started this, I felt a relief. Actually you show more love to the other by giving him back his responsability. It is the old energy game.

Surround yourself with positive people! 

This is the beginning of your own bestflow network. With my partner Bernhard I brainstormed a lot about relationships, business and the flow when things go easy. You can be in the biggest challenge but with the right people around you you know that there is a victory at the end.
