Tomehawks, Rib-eyes and Delmonicos Steaks

One of my favorite restaurants in Town is without doubt the beef staple Hasir Grill Club, what i like so much about this place is that the beef that they serve is exclusively Prime quality. The last time that i was there I took a cool pic of their Beef Counter which was filled with gorgeus cuts of meat.

My favorite is without doubt the Delomico Steak. Theoretically, The Rib-eye (Entrecote in Europe) comes from the same part of the cow as the Delmonico (or Tomahawk in the US) but what makes it so special for me is the huge amount of flavor that you get from the Bone, pure Umami.
