We've been waiting for delivery of our back ordered stove from Best Buy.

We knew it was supposed to be arriving sometime this week. Turns out we missed our delivery date because Best Buy emailed me - emailed! - the day before they scheduled delivery, and I didn't respond because I don't check my email daily.

Email! With a one day lead time!

That's all well and good if you work in the same organization, but otherwise it's just stupid.

So you're probably thinking our mistake was in shopping at Best Buy. But when you're shopping with reward coupons from your wife's job, so that you're getting your stove for almost free, that's what you do.
